PLEASE READ THIS DISCLAIMER CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING, BIDDING, OR ACCEPTING SERVICE REQUESTS.

1. PLATFORM ROLE ONLY

1800AUTOTOW INC. operates a technology platform that connects customers with independent towing and roadside assistance providers. We do not perform towing, roadside repairs, dispatch driving operations, or any field services.

PROVIDERS ARE INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES AND NOT EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR REPRESENTATIVES OF 1800AUTOTOW INC.

2. PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITY

By using the platform, each provider agrees they are solely responsible for:

All work quality, response time, and service outcomes
Any vehicle, property, or cargo damage during service
Any personal injury claims related to service performance
Compliance with all licensing, permit, and legal requirements
Pricing accuracy for bids and customer-facing service charges

3. INSURANCE AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

Providers must maintain all required coverage and legal documentation at all times, including commercial auto and related policies as applicable. Insurance standards are further described in our Insurance Requirements.

Providers may be suspended or removed for missing, expired, or inaccurate insurance/licensing records.

4. LIMITATION OF PLATFORM LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 1800AUTOTOW INC. DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR PROVIDER ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, DAMAGES, OR DISPUTES.

We do not guarantee request volume or earnings
We are not responsible for provider-customer payment disputes
We are not liable for provider operational losses, downtime, or reputational impact
Any claims arising from service performance remain with the provider

By creating an account, bidding, or accepting requests, you confirm you have read and accepted this disclaimer and related provider terms. You also agree to the Provider Agreement, Provider Privacy Policy, and Subscription Terms.
